Return condition

Unless an item is faulty or misdescribed, returned products should be unused, in their original condition, and include the original packaging where reasonably possible. Some goods may be excluded for hygiene, personalisation, or other legal reasons.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

Contact us promptly with the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs where relevant. We will review the information and explain the available remedy.

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Bank processing times are outside our control after a refund is issued.
